I am the principal attorney at The NDLC Law Firm, PLLC. Born and raised in the Bronx, I graduated from Syracuse University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Juris Doctor from the Pace University School of Law in 1998. I have been admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York since December 2009 and to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York since July 2016.

Following the completion of my undergraduate studies, I began my professional career working for a health insurance company, while attending law school during the evening. Upon graduation from law school, I continued my career, managing large client relationships for several large employee benefits consulting and outsourcing firms until 2003, at which time, I commenced my transition to the practice of law, reviewing electronic communications on behalf of several elite law firms and their clients in connection with transactional and litigation matters. I then went on to work, first on a consulting basis and then as an Associate Director, with the Litigation and Investigations Group at UBS AG on complex commercial, securities, and class action litigation. After my tenure at UBS AG, in 2011, I started representing individual clients as a solo practitioner and over time, developed expertise in those areas of the law that I now offer you via THE NDLC LAW FIRM, PLLC.
